Recruitment/Marketing

• Calculate your required budget.
  
• Design a Post/Flyer for the event on this website or another so we can advertise.
  
• Design a information packet for those who have questions about the event.
  
• Calculate whether we can charge an entrance fee for this event or need to make it free.(IE Interview folks in different towns).
  
• Start collecting email addresses of interested folks so we can figure out who's interested.
  
• Talk with people about what sort of events/games/things people would like to have for the celebration. Find out if it's doable from Vendor/Entertainment committees.
  

~Committee Details~
The group of people who appear and answer questions about the event in public, and gets people to commit to showing up at the date/time. We want to fill the guild hall with happy, excited, interested people who aren't too annoying or create problems. We want to charge a small 50 gold admittance fee to raise money for the guild. Will be working with Vendor Planning folks.

Really sorry i havent helped i feel like im wasteing time even trying >.> but i swear once i get up and running i will devote 80% of my time helping the other 20% is my lazy sitting in the guild time XD but yea i will try and help as much as possible answering those question's
