Quick Rune 101

Q:What is a Rune?
A: A rune is an add on that you can put onto armor. It will give bonuses depending on what rune you placed upon it.
Note: a monk rune can only be placed on monk armor.
Q:Can I put more than one on a piece of armor?
A:No, but you can try if you want.
Q:When I put on this rune, my hp went down. What happened?
A:some runes have bonuses and a negative stat to balance it out. Major runes the purple ones, usually have a health -. Same with some gold ones. you will find that the game tries to balance certain things out.
Q:Where will I find runes?
A:Some quests will give runes, some monsters will drop some, and dye traders will sell some. If a rune is dropped, it will usually be in the form of a dropped armor or clothing that cannot be worn. In this case you need to use an ID kit and then salvage it using anything but a regular salvage kit.
Q:Is it good just to put all the runes i get on?
A:Never, you should only put the ones that you need on.
Q:what does stackable mean?
A:this means that you can put the same rune on another armor piece and get the added bonuses.
Q:what does non-stackable mean?
A:This means that you can only receive the bonus from that rune. If you put more of that one then you do not get the added bonuses.

If I put a +3 say soul reaping on a scar pattern/glasses (+1) I get a +4 bonus. The bonuses are listed;
+3 (Non-stacking)
+1 (Stacking)

So then stacking and non-stacking um stack? I've always wondered how this works.

Well the +1 on head peice you alway's get but when u add the plus 3 soul reaping rune and you were to add another one the second plus 3 wont stack cause there the same rune and a +6 bonus isnt really fair and health lose is kinda high -150 health O.o. It's a somewhat hard concept to grasp, took me awhile to figure it out but easy to get one you do.
