Making an alliance With HROC

[Non HROC Lords wanting to join with HROC]

For all people whom become apart of HROC please make sure you have all

members read our rules. All of us want to communicate together and grow together.

We all have our strengths and weaknesses, so respect should be the number one

priority.

We will have the same rules for everyone. If any member or Alliance

added cannot follow our rules we will have to let you go.

We would recommend that capes be shared across the alliances, and that

the HROC is placed at the end of the guild name but this is not always possible.

For the capes, the idea is, if during the cape design contest someone designs

something cool, we all show it off.

All events will be open for participation from every person in every alliance.

We would like every alliance to receive one 'Ambassador'

(name subject to negotiation) to their guild/meetings/website and send one

to HROC. These can either be members or guests who witness what happens

in the other guild and be their voice at meetings. Perhaps one of the officers to

best represent your interests.

We encourage you to post on HROC's forum (See Alexio for access), and will

link to your forums so alliance members might see what the different divisions

are working on and get involved.

We also encourage all officers and leaders from every alliance to put

forth the most effort possible to making, helping and holding events

for all to join in on.

Our point system will be set up for all alliances as well, all Lords

of Alliances will have access to them to edit them anyway needed.

For all people whom are in HROC and are going to start an alliance we

have a few more rules set up for this and would appreciate it if we

follow them.

The same rules follow as above.

We will let you name the Guild anything you want it to be, but would

like if you make the letters after be HROC so people will see how we

are growing.

If gold is needed to create it, Zim will help. Gold is available to those

members with the proper point stats and Title.

We do not run a totally dictated by 1 person Guild/Alliance.

We encourage everyone to run it how they see fit. Add members make

officers when deemed necessary.
