If you are a member of this committee please
answer the following questions. This committee needs more members. Do
your best to recruit guild members to help out. Thank you.

Entertainment Committee
~To Do~

  • We need more music from the members. Please post what songs you want to be played at the party here. Working with possibly having a live dj do some requests, but don't count on it yet.
  • We need to have a date voted on for the event, so we can figure out how ambitious we can be with the mini events.
  • Script of party scene being written.
  • Estimated budget requested is 20k for prizes and events.
  • Schedule is below. If you have suggestions please respond.
~Schedule of Events~
Hour 1 - Meet and Greet, Secret Solstice Requests (Dedications from guests)*
Hour 2 - Main Guild Playlist Starts/Performances, PvP Tournament (1)
Hour 3 - Scavenger Hunt (2)
Hour 4 - Where's Waldo (3)
Hour 5 - Zombie Hunt (4)
Hour 6 - You bet your stuff (5)

* - All music requests must be requested by December 1st and the video must be on youtube. Uncertain if we are charging for this requesting feature.

1 - PvP tournament is based on points. Teams of 2 will compete versus each other to defeat opposing teams in the shortest period of time and number of victories. The team with the most points at the end of the hour wins. Order will be based on a tournament chart.

2 - Scavenger Hunt - Teams of 2 will compete versus each other to find items within the arena as quick as possible. 2 Addition members on each of the teams will place items. After 1 minute, the points from 1 item is negated. If you find the item, it has no points. This will continue to happen each minute, until the items are found or time is up. The team with the most points wins.

3 - Where's Waldo. Request details on how it is being run.

4 - Zombie Hunt - There are two teams of 6 placed into the arena. Teams rules are listed below;

Team 1 - Zombies - All players are allowed to use weapons, but no armor. No skills can be used except Life Draining/bleeding skills. A member who has a non-blood/bleeding skill will be disqualified. Three shields will be placed somewhere in the arena which participants are allowed to use.

Team 2 - Humans - All players are allowed to use armor, but no weapons (besides brawling knuckles). No skills can be used except regeneration/condition curing effects. A member who has a non-regeneration/condition curing skill will be disqualified (this includes plague sending/touch). Three weapons will be placed somewhere in the arena which participants are allowed to use.

At the end of the time limit, the team with the most points wins.

5 - You bet your stuff - Members from the audience are selected at random from the audience. They are brought up to the front where they gamble with 1 item they possess. They are then asked a trivia question. If they get it right they can keep the item and win a prize, or continue to gamble their item on a harder question. If the person loses they lose the item.

Following people may choose whether to select the prize we would have given or anything else the guild has won from members of the audience.

~Committee Details~
This group is responsible for managing the entertainment at the event and making sure everyone is having fun. Things include games/mini games, organizing tournaments, and skits if there are any. For this event I would like to have a play list of videos that we have on youtube so everyone can listen to what we're listening to. This aspect is important to me, so whoever volunteers for this group will be working with me much of the time.
