The Guild what are we doing......

Ok well for starters I am going to put up 2 polls for demoting Comfy and Okino. Yes Okino did a bunch but seems like he is no longer able to game.
As you see i posted up that some spots will be opening up for officers. So if you guys have anyone in mind let me no..

Now for some serious things..

We need to try to be more lax, On the same page.
As you can all see the guild is dying. Now I have spoken to some of the ppl who left,and they said it was because they could not just log in and play. They felt they cant meet the standards with posting on the site and donating stuff.

Well if we were a bigger style guild it might work but, we are to small and we are scaring off anyone who might wanna become better in the game.

Not everyone here knows the game and they might wanna catch up to where we are before they start doing other stuff for the guild.

I do no we need to boot inactive ppl,but we need to be more lax right now.

Even more so cause the game is not really getting many new ppl here.


I honestly do not want the guild to ever become one of those massive guilds. all the ppl in them are well pricks for the most part.
I want us to become bigger but also remain friends with everyone in our guild.

But as of right now. lets al try to be a little more on the friendly side and welcome ppl here not make em scared on make em feel they are not good enough or welcome.

The more ppl that have fun the more fun we all have and also more friends we make doing it..

It is a gmae and we need to remember if we act like nazis then theyll leave..

The big problem I see we have is trying to get others to understand the situation we're in. I have no problem being lax but I worry that people won't do anything. Again, if we're not going to be strict on rules, we have to decide who we are. That being said it may be nearly impossible to make this guild successful until GW2 because people these days just aren't interested in the game.

That being said, I think if we're going to recruit it has to be a group effort these days. We need officers and non-officers recruiting and trying to attract folks.

Agree, We need to all get together and recruit not just getting ppl to have them but finding ppl like us who wanna game have fun and try to better us..

What if we hold a help day to have all officers help with recruiting ppl here. while helping em and doing stuff..

If we can get all the officers we have to agree to a time to do it.
