Member Rules

*Put
your fellow HROC members before anyone else.

We
understand that later on, we will have alliances- however, we want to
keep our group as tight-knit as possible(FAMILY). This means that
when you have anything you would regularly sell or do for other
members- keep us in mind above all others because we always have you
and your best interest in mind. Profits are nice, but helping out
your Guildies is too and what comes around goes around- those who
help will be helped.

*It's
just a game...but we are real people.

Sometimes, when playing games- we let anger or anything else get the
best of us. We can easily forget how important the outside life is
and that there are real people behind the screen. I'm not asking you
to tolerate idiots but I am asking you to keep in mind how you would
like to be treated. We take our Guild VERY seriously- because we take
YOU seriously. So if there are ever problems irl- don't be afraid to
let us know, we would never let a game get in between you and your
life. We also goof around a lot so don't take things personal. We
love laughing and kidding around with everyone and about
everything...

*Respect
Us.

I don't believe I'm more important than any of the members because I
have the title of 'Leader'. However, I do ask for you to respect us
and our decisions because at the end of the day- those who hold a
higher status (such as officers)- work harder and longer than any
regular member and deserve at least your respect and gratitude for
keeping the Guild together.

*Take
the heat.

If you're not an adult- you're still expected to act like one.
Kidding around and being silly is totally OK- but if somebody has an
opinion you don't agree with- we expect you to act like adults and
express your side without freaking out and acting immature. Don't
take things too personally! Please advise any member that we are an
adult based GUILD and we have free speech. This means we will use
adult language. If you are offended by the language Please turn your
Filter ON!

*Helping
us.

While we understand that not all members are loaded with platinums-
we do believe each and every one of you is capable of helping us in
great amounts. We don't need your money as much as we need your help.
There are so many ways to help us.
We can't have everybody needing to be helped and nobody helping. If
you don't have running skills,or Gold
to donate. You always have your knowledge of GW and helping newer
members get acquainted and taking them off our hands for a bit- is
greatly appreciated. Everything you do is going to be seen and
remembered. However- don't do it just to be rewarded- do it because
you have pride in us and want to keep us being the great Guild we are
and will continue to be.

*Begging/Trade/Exploits
Exploitation
of Guild Members or in-game players is not permitted and will result
in disciplinary action. Begging for gold or items from fellow HROC
Members in any way is strongly discouraged. Repeated violations may
be grounds for reporting to the Guild Leader/Officers. While Guild
chat may not be used for selling items in general, giving Members a
chance to buy an item at a discount before you dispose of it by other
means is allowed. If you keep having reoccurring actions doing this
you will be Booted and possibly banned from HROC for good.

If
you need help with anything Just ask once and if someone is available
they will help you out.

*Guild
Activity/Inactivity
Activity
is very important to making the Guild grow bigger, We understand that
you may not be able to log in and play for hours but Members should
log in at least once a week. If you need time away please let an
officer know. If you are not logged in for 4weeks you will be booted
from the guild. Unless you asked for time away.

We
do not want a full guild with Members that log in once ever 3 months.
It makes us look inactive.

*Loyalty.

I need your activity. Your loyalty and your commitment. I don't need
a high member count of ppl whom are just going to log in once every 3
months. We certainly don't need a leecher. So do as you want to be
done. If you would love to have a Guild that is helpful and
respectful- help us and respect us.

*Website.
This
site is here for everyone to use. If you are a member of the guild we
recommend that you create an account using your MAIN toons name. This
will allow you to leave posts,learn about events and Chat with fellow
Officers and Members out of game.
